For dinner tonight we have a deliciously minimal winter salad with butter lettuce, endive, shaved apple under a subtle pear dressing. Then you may wish to nibble our confit buffalo wings with gorgonzola foam. For a wine, might I suggest our Tempranillo (delicate yet muscular) or, if you crave something more toothsome – the Gewurztraminer. We have a wonderful selection of desserts, but might I suggest you GO BLIND AND HAVE YOUR SENSIBILITIES AND DESIRES STUNNED LIKE CATTLE IN A SLAUGHTERHOUSE BY OUR POORLY KERNED LOGO? Bon Appetit!
